Prior to starting your care with Telepsychiatry MD, please read the following information and policies carefully to understand your responsibilities as a patient
OUT-OF-NETWORK PROVIDER
​Telepsychiatry MD is an out of network provider practice, meaning we don't accept insurance or medicare/medicaid directly.
You will pay for services at the time of your appointment via credit card and we then provide you a "superbill" to submit to your insurance for reimbursement (when requested).
Reimbursement rates vary according to insurance companies, so we recommend contacting your insurance company directly ahead of your initial appointment

Does this practice take MEDICARE?

No, Dr.Andrade is not a Medicare provider.

If you are a Medicare beneficiary (regardless of whether Medicare is your primary payer or your secondary payer), you would need to sign a private contract with Dr. Andrade, agreeing that you are fully responsible for all payments to this practice, and that you agree to not submit claims for payment to Medicare (including supplemental Medigap).
